Strategic Relocation Buyer Services

1. Initial Discovery
   Our Life Preservation Solutions (LPS) consultants conduct a Discovery call to assess your needs, including Quality of Life, Personal Freedoms, Safety, Severe Weather, and Asymmetrical Threats. A personalized SITREP (Situation Report) is created to guide your property search.

2. Onboarding
   After your SITREP is complete, you’ll sign an LPS consulting agreement and be paired with a Strategic Relocation Broker or affiliate real estate agent in your chosen area.

3. Property Selection
   Your LPS consultant collaborates with you and your agent to evaluate properties, ensuring they align with your SITREP requirements, such as water resources, alternative power, food production, and defensibility.

4. Property Analysis
   Once you make an offer, your LPS consultant performs due diligence to confirm the property can meet your Threat Mitigation Plan or be retrofitted accordingly.

5. Home Retrofit
   Post-acquisition, LPS can be engaged to provide a SAFER report (Strategic Assessment for Fortification and Enhanced Resilience), detailing water access, food production, off-grid energy, and defensive infrastructure, including aerial overlays and referrals to approved vendors.

6. Our Compensation
   We are typically compensated by the Listing Broker or Seller through a commission or referral agreement. Initial Discovery calls and the SITREP Report are provided at no cost. The optional SAFER Report, tailored to property size and retrofit scope, comes with an estimate provided during the inspection phase after the property is under contract. There is no obligation to commission LPS for this report.
